4 Deep takes on Te Kauwhata, New Zealand

4 Deep takes on Te Kauwhata, New Zealand

For 4 Deep Around The World vacations are more than visiting amusement parks and buying souvenirs. It’s about understanding the culture and the world around us. Hang with us as a $200 international flight deal takes us from the city streets of Houston to a farm in New Zealand.

For our first day in New Zealand, we wake up on a milk farm prepared to learn all about the farming business. It was a day filled with manure, fresh milk, after birth and nipples.

Thank you to Stacey and family for hosting 4 Deep Around the World and opening up your home to us.

Life Isn’t Always Roses But Manure Makes Good Fertilizer

Life Isn’t Always Roses But Manure Makes Good Fertilizer

YAY (hint of sarcasm)! For me though, this is a time filled with mixed emotions. This is a day, I’m almost certain, that many single parents who lack the physical presence of the other low-keyed parent  will cringe at.
